Overview
The purpose of the Yaşar University Public Law (Faculty of Law) Doctorate Program is to learn high level technical law in the field of public law, has the ability to analyze legal issues and produce solutions, have a good command of academic study methods in our country, to be able to conduct scientific research about a specific legal problem. to train lawyers who can bring approaches.
In addition to the conditions determined by YÖK and University, our program can apply to people who have a bachelor’s degree in law and public law, private law, financial law or European Union law. In order to graduate from the Doctorate Program, it is compulsory to succeed in the course in the credit amount specified in Yaşar University Graduate Education and Training Regulation and to successfully complete the doctoral thesis. Our Department is decided on which of the courses offered below will be taken into consideration, considering the number of students.
